Tao Te Ching “The Tao”: The Way!

“Everything has two extremes!” Tao is in the middle. The Tao aka “The Way”, is the balance of the yin and the yang, the feminine and the masculine, the dark and the light. Tao is the place in which these forces balance quietly. In Tao, you move from balance point to balance point, from center to center.
The extremes create their opposites; the wise avoid them. When you stop swinging between the opposites you’ll find that you have far more energy than you ever imagined. That which takes somebody else hours will take you minutes. That which wears out other people will draw very little of your energy. That’s the difference between struggling with the opposites versus staying centered in order to get something done.
“If you chose to center and not participate in the extremes, you will come to know the Tao.” Not too much, and not too little ~ The Sweet Spot.
The spot where all the forces are in harmony. Should one force shift, the others shift at the same instant. This is what it means to move in “The Way.”
It is through finding and remaining at our center that are able to live in peace, inner-awareness, and oneness with the spirit that lives within us. It is in that state of being that we become a “walking awakening” and exhort a renewed sense of emotional stability, self-awareness, conscious presence, humility, and inner-peace that allows God to speak to you and through you regardless of life’s changing circumstances! To never get too high and never get too low, but instead to “flow”, “roll with the punches”, and “take life as it comes” with intention, calmness, and flow.
Each day, take a few minutes to sit quietly, close your eyes, and focus your attention on the calmness of his voice! There is comfort in oneness with the spirit. Oneness with God. Oneness with self. For if any of us seek to be peace, understanding, and stability for others, we must first BE that for ourselves!
Constantly look to see if that’s where you are living or if you are lost in the extremes! Find the balance in the center and you will live in harmony! #Tao #Peace #Center #Spirit #Faith 🧘🏾♂️💫🙏🏾✨💆🏾♂️ #kennybspeaks

I really like this blog. I knew about the ting and the yang but I never knew what Tao meant
